Crossroads Care South East London is a registered charity and leading provider of early intervention support services for carers and the people they care for across the London Boroughs of Bexley, Greenwich & Lewisham for the last 25 years.

We provide a range of support services to carers of adults and children with physical, learning, mental health and complex needs.

Volunteer Befriending Service

The volunteer befriending service is aimed at carers, ex-carers and isolated older people who are not in receipt of funded services. We recruit volunteers and match them with older people living across the three boroughs to help reduce social isolation and loneliness to improve their health and well-being by providing a volunteer befriender who offers social contact, emotional and practical support.

Memory Lane Cafés

We run 3 Memory Lane Cafés across the London Boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich. The Cafés are aimed at supporting carers and the person living with Dementia to come along and share any experiences, receive information on other services available and participate in a range of activities. Lunch, tea/coffee is available.
