We'll meet up for one hour in Kensington Gardens during Carers Week 2017, to learn about how you can cultivate resilience. We will be sitting on the lawn. 12h00 - 13h00 on Monday 12th June Wednesday 14th June Friday 16th June Saturday 17th June at Meet at The Physical Energy Statue in the Centre of Kensington Gardens.

This is a cause very close to my heart. When you're carrying emotional heaviness, support is always welcome - but resilience is even more necessary.

We don't want to be falling apart all the time. Not only does this enable us to give from a place of fullness, but we can also feel stronger in a difficult situation.

Through this 1 hour meet-up, we'll consider: - How you can lessen the sense of helplessness you feel - How you can feel like what we're doing is actually making a difference - How you can feel like what you're doing is good enough - What it means to live a life as a caring person - can we feel meaningful and content at the same time?

I will walk you through a mini version of my resilience-building programme. Looking forward to meeting you.
