Tuesday 13th June, 7.30-9.30pm. A free opportunity to try drumming with drumNorwich, and relax during a drum journey/visualisation. Drumming releases endorphins, enkephalins and alpha waves in the brain, which create general feelings of wellbeing and euphoria. You don’t need your own drum, or to have any musical ability. Chloë is a qualified & BACP Registered Counsellor and has over 15 years professional experience of therapeutically supporting children and adults through uncertainty. She works with Carers who are affected by the ambiguous loss of a loved one who may be physically present but psychologically absent, for example with a life-limiting illness, dementia, stroke or brain injury.
