An open door event for Carers Friends and Family to drop in and find information about supporting another with a mental health conddition. Take time to talk to someone about how they are coping and how we can support them. Relax over a cup of tea and cake, have a neck or shoulder massage with experienced therapists, speak confidentially to one of the Wellbeing Therapists about Anxiety, Depression and other mental health condiitons. The event is Informal,Free and open from 12-3.30pm Children are welcome.
