A free talk for carers 'Learning to Live with Uncertainty'

A talk for unpaid carers on 'Learning to Live Well with Uncertainty'. 12-1pm at The Forum Counsellor Chloe Swinton will be talking specifically about Ambiguous Loss; when a carer is affected by a loved one with a life-limiting illness, dementia, stroke or brain injury. Chloe will provide strategies for dealing with some of the uncertainties they may face. Carers of all ages are welcome. Register for your ticket below via eventbrite.
