We run a weekly event on a Thursday morning term time only for parents, carers and grandparents who have children, young adults with all kinds of disabilities. In particular: - the nature of the care and support that young carers are providing; - their perceived impact of their caring responsibilities on their own physical and mental health, education and development; and - the types of support they are receiving, whether formal or informal.

From 09:00 - 13:00 on we will be hosting a free coffee morning at our office. Open to all our current staff and clients as well as prospective staff and clients. We would also like to invite anyone who may need domiciliary care assistance for themselves, or a relative and anyone interested in care! This event is to honor all the hard work of heath care assistants and support workers.

Our Dementia Cafe in St Albans is a free to attend cafe for those people in the local area living with Dementia and their carers to come along, socialise and meet new people over tea and coffee in a safe environment. Our Dementia cafe sessions run every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month - from 10:30am to 12:30pm We look forward to seeing you there.
