Tuesday 13th June 1.30pm to 3.30pm Garden of England Drop In Garden of England Rosemary Graham Centre, Somner Park, Parkwood, ME15 8TA Drop in for coffee, cake and a chat at the Garden of England Rosemary Graham Centre, providing a fantastic opportunity to come and have a look around the Centre and meet the staff. Involve Carers will also be there and would like to invite new and existing Carers to come along and chat with staff about their caring roles and any support that we can provide. Enjoy a free hot drink and choice of cakes while getting the answers to any questions you have, and meet with others who may be experiencing similar issues.

Opportunity Knocks Mental Health Carers Support Group are linking up with Plymouth Mental Health Services to inform the people of Plymouth about the Triangle of Care and Carers involvement in services. We are also informing the public about services and support that are available to them, especially for mental health services.

Events for Carers Week at Poole Hospital

We aim in our Poole approach to have friendly, professional, person-centred care. A large part of this is welcoming and involving families, carers and friends to participate in care if they wish to. Understanding that the people closest to our patients, are often expert partners in the care needs. During Carers Week, Monday to Friday there will be an information stand in the Dome entrance (7 and 8). Carers are also welcome to attend a performance from the local carers choir followed by an afternoon tea on the 12th June at the hospital please contact 01202 448714 for further details.
