Simple mind-based techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and pain

This is a webinar where I will be teaching you some of the techniques that I use with my clients. They are simple things that you can do yourself to reduce stress and anxiety and in some cases to reduce pain. You can use them yourself or teach them to the person you care for. They come from acupressure, hypnosis and cognitive behaviour and help you to process emotions in a different way. All you need to access the webinar is a web browser. You don't need to download anything. The event will be live so you have the chance to ask questions. If you can't make it though it will be available as a replay for the rest of June. Live event on Wed 14th June at 6.30pm. Please email if you have any questions.
