Carers Week Event

For this year’s Carers Week, we’re holding an event at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre, 10 am to 3 pm on Monday, 12th June, which would be open for all carers to visit and enjoy. There will be free refreshments, light breakfast and lunch during the day, as well as a raffle with fantastic prizes to be won (to be announced on our website). We will be inviting various carers groups and organisations supporting the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) community so it would also be a perfect opportunity for carers to learn more about help and support that’s available out there. Lifted's own staff members and volunteers will be there on the day so please feel free to approach us to learn more about the kind of support we provide and what activities are available for carers to enjoy at the centre. Entrance is free and booking is not required but we would appreciate it if you could book through our EventBrite page or let us know in advance (via email or phone), for planning purposes.
