South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust greatly recognises the value and importance of carers who provide unpaid support and care to those patients who could not manage without their help. We are strongly committed to supporting and working in partnership with carers whilst the patients access our services, and we endeavour to raise awareness among our staff members to ensure that we can provide the highest quality and most effective care possible.

West London Mental Health NHS Trust understands the pivotal role that carers play within healthcare, and recognise that carers face many challenges along the way. We pledge to embed the Carers Trust’s Triangle of Care and empower carers through listening to their views, consulting and working with them in more meaningful ways and continuing to celebrate and raise awareness of their incredible work.
