South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust greatly recognises the value and importance of carers who provide unpaid support and care to those patients who could not manage without their help. We are strongly committed to supporting and working in partnership with carers whilst the patients access our services, and we endeavour to raise awareness among our staff members to ensure that we can provide the highest quality and most effective care possible.

I pledge to speak up in Parliament on behalf of the 10,363 carers in the Easington constituency.

To make my wife and carer aware that the work she does makes her a carer - Katy

I pledge to support the Timebank Birmingham by facilitating two workshops for the Birmingham 'Hidden Carers' Project - Trevor

I pledge to connect up C4CC Co-production Team members with the National Development for Inclusion (NDTi) 'A Carers Journey' project - Cally.

We will be focusing on carers in our service this morning.

They listen carefully to individual needs, communicate well, act promptly, are flexible and always professional. Most of all I appreciate their warm, friendly manner and caring approach.

I pledge to stay motivated and to always stay positive and cheerful in my job (which I love!). I pledge to remain approachable and to always remain helpful to those who need it the most.

West London Mental Health NHS Trust understands the pivotal role that carers play within healthcare, and recognise that carers face many challenges along the way. We pledge to embed the Carers Trust’s Triangle of Care and empower carers through listening to their views, consulting and working with them in more meaningful ways and continuing to celebrate and raise awareness of their incredible work.

I pledge to promote the need to identify and support carers to the clinical and non-clinical professionals I work with during the course of my job.
