Listen Well Scotland will seek to support Carers Week 2017 by highlighting the importance of listening to those who find themselves in a caring role. We will do that through our website www.listenwellscotland.org.uk, facebook page www.facebook/listenwellscotland and twitter http://twitter.com/ListenWellScot When we listen well to someone it can often help them to feel that they are not alone. Listen Well Scotland makes the strong connection between listening and health and wellbeing. As a charity we are also able to offer quality robust, safe and effective listening training to further resource those who provide support for Carers in Scotland. For further information about the work of our charity please visit our website.

Open to all Sainsburys colleagues who are carer's. Tea, slice of cake and a chance to talk to other carer's in the work place. Hosted by a sainsbury's occupational health and well being partner.

The Stroke association will be at the front of the store to offer advice and support and blood pressure checks.
