We pledge to do all that we can to support people affected by ME/CFS - individuals, families, friends and carers - by campaigning for greater awareness, medical care, access to benefits, and biomedical research funding, and through the provision of support, information and research via The Ramsay Research Fund.

Bracknell FS runs monthly dementia-friendly screenings at South Hill Park, Bracknell, to enrich the lives of those living with dementia and their carers, and to contribute to an inclusive community

The Local Government Association (LGA) will continue to lobby hard for a long-term solution for care and support so that the positive intentions of the Care Act can be properly realised, including that carers have the right support they need in all areas of their life to continue their vital caring role and juggle home, work, social and personal commitments and ambitions.

Drop into the Kirrie Connections dementia friendly hub anytime Monday to Friday 9:30am-5pm to see what help and support is available locally for the family and carers of those supporting people living with dementia.

Chigwell Osteopaths & Ben Cohen Osteopathy are launching an event where they give carers some information about moving properly to help prevent pain and injury. They will be offering free mini consultations with every member attending.

Kirrie Connections is committed to supporting the family and carers of those living with dementia in Kirriemuir and surrounding areas. Carers are always welcome at our community hub at 5 Bank St in Kirriemuir, where they will be offered help, advice, support and someone to listen.

Open Afternoon from 2pm to include Sherry, Tea/Coffee and Cakes

Thank you to all carers across Argyll and Bute. We recognise and value the work you do and pledge our support to you during Carers Week and always.

We run a weekly event on a Thursday morning term time only for parents, carers and grandparents who have children, young adults with all kinds of disabilities. We invite speakers who comes in to talk about all kinds of issues around education, social care, health, disability services. We also run theme workshops and training. Thursday 10.00 - 12.00 (noon)
