To make staff aware of the help available out there.

Provide a display in a prominent place in the library. Try and invite local carers' organisations to speak to customers. 

Plymouth Carers Forum will run a full day of Craft Experiences with Carers and a Social Day Trip For Carers.

We pledge to hold an awareness raising event during Carers Week and to promote this year's theme, 'Build Carer Friendly Communities' through our regular activities and additional promotion via our website and Twitter.

To keep up-to-date information available within the practice for our carers.

To raise awareness of carers in my locality. To ensure we are identifying and reaching carers and young carers through our everyday practice.

Work together with others to enable and support Carers though the ups an downs of caring. STRONGER TOGETHER

Raise Awareness and support carers.

We have an Annual Carers Tea and plan to continue this tradition in June.
