To support carers in Bedfordshire.

To raise awareness of the unremitting commitment that carers give to their loved ones, and to ask that we are given much more support and credit for all our endeavours.

My pledge is to support any carer I come into contact with and to spread the word and educate the general public what carers actually do.

Dedicated to supporting informal carers.

We pledge to make a buzzing Leeds City Centre carer friendly through a roadshow. Reach new carers across Leeds through information stalls and an Info Bus in the city centre on the Saturday and provide social opportunities for carers during the week. To continue to identify and support carers and raise awareness of the help and support available.

To do everything with in me to help & support & advise anyone who needs advice and information.

Provide information and advice to carers living in Southampton, promoting carers' needs and issues.

Hold an afternoon tea for our carers and and cared for patients during carers week.

Swansea Carers Centre are committed to identifying 'hidden carers'. We want to ensure carers are identified as early as possible which will give them access to the information, advice and support they need in their caring role.

We pledge to promote your initiative through our social media accounts and in any other way we can!
