Carers Trust

Carers Trust is a major charity for, with and about carers. With local Network Partners we support carers in their homes through the provision of grants and replacement care, and in the community with information, advice, emotional support, hands on practical help and access to much needed breaks.

Across the UK today 5.7 million people are carers, supporting a loved one who is older, disabled or seriously ill. Carers are holding families together, enabling loved ones to get the most out of life and making an enormous contribution to society.

The ME Association

The ME Association supports, informs, campaigns and invests in medical research to help people with ME/CFS and Long Covid and those who care for them. Established in 1980, we are the leading experts in ‘post-infectious syndromes’ and are focused on improving healthcare for the 1million or more people that are affected.

MND Association

Motor neurone disease (MND) is a fatal neurological condition. The MND Association Funds research Supports patients carers and professionals and Campaigns for better care.

Rethink Mental Illness

We're Rethink Mental Illness and no matter how bad things are, we can help people severely affected by mental illness to improve their lives. We're on a mission to bring about meaningful change, through our services, groups and groundbreaking campaigns.

The Lewy Body Society

The Lewy Body Society aims to shine a light on Lewy body dementia, the second most common type of dementia in older people. Established in 2006, we are the only UK charity focused exclusively on this common, but little known, type of dementia.
