We are delighted to announce that Steve McCabe MP, the Member of Parliament for Birmingham Selly Oak, has agreed to be the Labour Party’s Parliamentary Champion for Carers Week 2021.
Responding to the announcement, Steve said,
It is my mission this week to raise awareness of the difficulties this county’s millions of unpaid carers face and to demand proper support for all the work they do, including paid carers’ leave".
